All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
    • Shipping cost: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Conditions

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Please Note: For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Appliance Parts (if installed or opened)
  • Bar Tools & Bar Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Any product that has been installed, used, or is not in its original condition.
All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, email us at [email protected] with your order number and product details.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address within 2 business days. Do not ship returns without an RMA.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the product securely in its original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation, and ship it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as you are responsible until the item arrives.
  4. Processing: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Timing: After we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. The refund will then be issued to your original payment method. Additional processing time by your bank or credit card company may apply (typically 5-10 business days).

Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Shipping Costs: The original standard shipping cost is non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or model, follow the same return process. Once we receive and process the returned item, we will ship the new item to you via standard shipping at no extra cost.
